Sending a request is free. The policy applies once you pay for the booking and it is confirmed.

A confirmed reservation commits horses, guides, time and resources and may prevent another booking for the same date. The policy applies to individual and group reservations, including a reduction in participant numbers after confirmation.

Standard tiers

​The published standard cancellation tiers are:

• 31 days or more before the tour: no cancellation fee.

• 30 to 15 days before the tour: 50% cancellation fee.

• 14 to 7 days before the tour: 90% cancellation fee.

• Less than 7 days before the tour: 100% cancellation fee.

• No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
